There’s a reason two dozen people move to Douglas County, Colorado every day. The quality of life here is unmatched. Nestled along I-25 between Colorado’s two largest cities, Douglas County is both a magnet for successful business and a destination for outdoor adventure. This is by design. What you see in Douglas County today is the fruit of our County employees’ commitment. We keep our community safe. We keep our citizens moving, and we keep our economy growing – while protecting our historic and natural resources. We also take care of our most vulnerable – ensuring no one falls through the cracks. We hire good people and then get out of their way.
