    Today I wanted to breakdown a question we often get: will AI replace recruiters? Short answer, NO. But lets dig deeper. Our view is AI will not replace recruiters— it will transform their role. By eliminating repetitive, often low value, manual tasks it will give recruiters more time to engage in meaningful conversations with drivers, keep them in the loop throughout the process & ensure a smooth onboarding. Last week at a roundtable during the Conversion Interactive Agency R&R conference, recruiting leaders were sharing tools their teams use to get more calls done. I was surprised that most carriers are still using desk phones or basic VoIP systems. Over the last 2 years we have seen it all, but a no brainer for me after spending time with recruiting teams is voicemail drops, as they save you 45-60 seconds per call that hits a VM. However, most of the table was not necessarily aware of it so I sent a follow up email with some useful data. Given the positive feedback I got from the group, I figured I’d bring it to the broader community. ?? ???????? ???? ?? ?????????????????? ????????? A voicemail drop allows recruiters to leave a pre-recorded voicemail instantly, without waiting for the call to ring through or manually record each message.
