Last week at a roundtable during the Conversion Interactive Agency R&R conference, recruiting leaders were sharing tools their teams use to get more calls done. I was surprised that most carriers are still using desk phones or basic VoIP systems. Over the last 2 years we have seen it all, but a no brainer for me after spending time with recruiting teams is voicemail drops, as they save you 45-60 seconds per call that hits a VM. However, most of the table was not necessarily aware of it so I sent a follow up email with some useful data.
