Double Eagle Developing LLC along with our partners at Bywater Development Group and Beacon - SOCAYR Inc. are thrilled that our project, Madison Avenue Apartments in Richmond Kentucky, was among the properties selected for an award under the HUD GRRP program. This funding will be a huge help with our goal of modernizing 79 homes for our residents and providing them with a world class property. Can’t wait to get started on this project!

Along with our development partners at Double Eagle Developing LLC and Beacon - SOCAYR Inc., we are thrilled to announce that the Kentucky Housing Corporation has awarded tax credits to our planned rehabilitation and revitalization of the Madison Avenue Apartments in Richmond, KY! This 79-unit, family property is a critical affordable housing resource for the thriving Richmond community.?Based on its age, it is now time to update all systems, provide new finishes throughout, add an array of modern-day amenities, incorporate sustainability features, and enhance the curb appeal of this development.?We have a great team working with us in this effort, including WJW Architects, Altman Charter Company, Ronald Johnson & Associates, P.S.C., Vice Cox & Townsend PLLC, Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen, P.C., and many more.?We thank this excellent team and we look forward to working with you to make this tremendous preservation and repositioning plan a reality.
