Open Letter to Vice President Kamala Harris Dear Vice President Harris, Thank you for your dedication to addressing concerns for Black businesses like ours. For over a decade, .ECO? has faced sabotage through intimidation, litigation, and attempts to force us to license away our rights. Despite holding a highly challenged "incontestable" trademark for .ECO, we have been unlawfully kept out of the marketplace due to the unlawful delegation of the .ECO domain to a foreign entity, which has circumvented federal oversight. We’re excited to have a leader like you—one who understands our struggles and U.S. law and is committed to making a difference to level the playing field for all. Like many leaders, we believe the .ECO? brand can help fast-track efforts to promote environmental stewardship and combat the climate crisis globally. We ask for your support in addressing the monopolistic barriers and unlawful market exclusion that have blocked our rightful entry.
