Our team members recently attended the Financial Reality Fair at LakeVille High School, along with fellow community credit union team members. Students were given monthly budgets and expenses that allowed them to see what it may be like to manage their future finances.

Last Saturday our Community Crew team members took part in the Sleep in Heavenly Peace Bed Building event at the Dort Financial Center. The organization had a goal to make as many beds as possible with help from various community organizations. We are so excited to report that we helped make 101 beds, breaking the Flushing SHP Chapter's record for most beds built in a day! Great work, team!

We are thrilled to announce the results of the Annual Snowman Sales for 2024! Dort Financial Credit Union raised over $49,000 for three deserving charities. This wouldn't have been possible without the kindness and support of our members and team members. Thank you for helping us make a positive impact!

Yesterday, our team members joined with other local credit unions to participate in a Financial Reality Fair at Bendle High School. Students had a hands-on approach to budgeting and learning how to juggle life and finances at the event.

This holiday season, our team members joined forces to provide for local children through Motherly Intercession, (@unlocktheirfuture). In total, 36 children were provided with multiple gifts on their Christmas list this year. We are very proud of our team members for displaying the true Christmas spirit and who have provided for these children year-after-year.
