This week, we hosted a webinar celebrating #InternationalWomensDay, centred on this year’s theme of ‘Accelerating Action’. Dorsey Partner Melissa Moyle chaired the conversation which also featured: ? Brigid Derry, CEO at Derry Bros ? Helen Tapadar Hangari, General Counsel at Realstar Group ? Elma O'Reilly Chartered FCIPD, Founder and Director at Parallel London. It was a great discussion, with all four participants sharing their experiences of moving up in their professions, giving insight into how they dealt with the challenges they have faced and offering advice to women starting their careers. Dorsey Dallas attorneys attended The Texas ACG Capital Connection Conference, one of the largest in the country, bringing together over 100 of the nation’s top private equity and mezzanine firms February 26-28. The conference kicked off with our team hosting a dinner at Vic’s & Anthony’s, where over 30 people attended, which included Dorsey attorneys Jamie Grammer Whatley, Brad Pugh, Cort Hoge, CPA, JD, and Kylie Jennings. Throughout the conference, Dorsey hosted a booth, and attorneys enjoyed meeting leading CEOS, CFOS, and business leaders.
