REMINDER! We are upgrading our AT&T Internet service at our corporate offices which involves the installation and switch over to two new fiber circuits. The physical installation has been completed which leaves the turning up and switch over to the new circuits to be done. The upgraded circuits will allow us to provide our customers with faster and better internet services. The turn up and switch over to these circuits is scheduled for TODAY, Tuesday October 1, beginning promptly at 5 PM Pacific time. During this time, we will lose all Internet connectivity to and from our corporate offices. This is not avoidable as the configuration from the existing Internet circuits must be transferred to the two new Internet circuits, followed by general and failover testing. Because of this temporary loss of Internet connectivity, the following corporate hosted internet services will be offline: Company Telephones Dealer Web Portal IM Server Website Cloud Website send/receive data Send/Receive data from 6.5 software We anticipate that these services will be offline for several hours. Your DoorKing entry system will continue to operate normally. You will not be able to make any changes to your system or register any new systems during the outage. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance. We will be working with the provider's engineering staff to complete the test and switch over to the new circuits as quickly as possible. We anticipate that all services will be restored Tuesday evening. Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.
