Our team successfully installed a new pair of balanced doors. The main advantages of balanced doors are that they do not swing over the property line due to their swing arc and additionally make the doors very easy to open in high wind pressure.

This exterior center hung door originally had inground automatic operators which led to damage from water and dirt seeping in overtime.
