Azusa Industrial was a collaborative project: Donlon Builders managed the design, entitlement and approvals process to obtain permits and complete construction. We extend our appreciation to our partners at GAA Architects for their collaboration in assisting us with the Design-Build turnkey project for our client. ?? Specs: 36’ clear height, 89,014 sq ft. dry warehouse with high-bay freezer/cooler. 12,688 sq ft. of three-level office space with glass-walled executive offices and conference rooms offering sweeping views, a sleek modular elevator ?? for easy access, and future-proofed with a warehouse slab designed to accommodate additional future freezer space needs. The project also includes a stunning three-story open atrium lobby featuring luxurious marble and granite finishes, creating an unforgettable entrance. ?? Sustainable Future: Equipped with Solar Power & EV charging parking stalls, minimizing environmental impact. ??
