✨Entering our Centennial Era, we are celebrating our 100th year here in Wichita! ✨ Dondlinger Construction was originally founded in Claflin, KS in 1898, but we made the big move to Wichita in 1925. Our jobs then included mostly small commercial projects and finer homes. Over the decades, we've evolved alongside our community, taking on larger and more complex projects that have shaped the skyline of Wichita. From humble beginnings to being a cornerstone of local construction, our journey has been marked by dedication, craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence. We are incredibly proud to have served this vibrant city for the past century, and we look forward to continuing to build its future! Happy Friday! A little progress update about the BNR project has arrived! In photo 1, we have the start of the Hydrocyclone Building, rough grading is complete, the BNR structure foundations are being installed, and the construction of the building is to follow. In photo 2, quite a lot is happening all at once. Towards the top right, Clarifier #1 receives PPS coating and sandblasting to then be recoated. Once complete, clarifier covers will be installed. Photo 3, electrical duct bank and odor control system #4 is being installed with utilities to follow. Photo 4, Digester #1 has been taken off the line, cleaned out and repairs are being done inside and on the roof. Existing piping and pumps have been removed to be replaced by new ones. Photo 5, underground process piping and utilities are finishing up, final grad is being done, and the RDT Building foundations are being prepped. Odor Control System #2 underground has been roughed in and ready for foundations to be placed. Photo 6, Demolition of the UV system is underway for improvements to come! Photo 7 is all of the sections combined to see it as a whole! Astounding work by both teams, @Wildcat and Dondlinger. Teamwork sure does make the dream work!
