The C5ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) Interoperability Requirements Specification (IRS) Version 1.1 adoption notice is now available in ASSIST, the official source of defense standards and specs, at https://assist.dla.mil. Within OUSD(R&E) Systems Engineering and Architecture, the Systems Engineering Directorate and the Defense Standardization Program Office (DSPO) are working together to support standards development.
