The structure is topped off at Triangle Senior Housing, and MEP rough ins and drywall are in progress. Exterior finishes will begin next week.

Domus Inc has started ground improvements at Abigail Pankey Apartments in the Mantua Neighborhood of Philadelphia. 164 aggregate piers are being installed to support the foundation. The project consists of 32 two-bedroom and three-bedroom affordable apartments for families with children. Tenant amenities include a community room, outdoor green space, and on-site support services. Each apartment includes a washer and dryer which is a huge help to families with children! WOMEN'S COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION PROJECT is the Developer and CICADA Architecture/Planning, Inc. is the Architect.

There was great turn out yesterday for the Blessing and Dedication of Father Augustus Tolton Place in which Domus Inc served as the General Contractor! The project which was developed by CATHOLIC HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES and designed by PJA Architects includes 45 new affordable apartments for seniors! Thank you to all whose hard work made this project a reality, and for the guests of honor at the ribbon cutting ceremony including Heather Huot, Archbishop Nelson Perez, Bishop McIntyre, Suzanne O'Grady Laurito, Robin Wiessmann, and all the other distinguished speakers.

Domus Inc is incredibly proud to serve as the General Contractor for Barrett Playground which is part of the City's Rebuilding Community Infrastructure Program Rebuild PHL. The project will provide a much-needed recreation center for the youth of the Nicetown neighborhood of Philadelphia and was designed in close collaboration with Nicetown CDC. It was a beautiful morning for a groundbreaking ceremony and thank you to all who have made this project a reality and participated in the ceremony. We can't wait to get shovels in the ground! The project consists of a new 14,550 sq ft building with a gymnasium, classroom, kitchen, meeting, and office space. The expansive 5.7 acre site featuring new playgrounds, basketball courts, mixed-use court, sprayground, open playing field, and fitness path. The project intends to seek LEED Silver Certification upon completion.
