    Exciting news from Domos! We've partnered with Atlantica Properties to acquire Square at Peoplestown, a 94-unit multifamily #LIHTC property in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood of #Atlanta. This existing tax credit property offers both the opportunity to preserve much-needed affordable housing units that are rent-restricted at 50-60% of AMI, as well help expand/preserve the high-quality #AffordableHousing stock that many Atlantans so urgently need. We're grateful to our capital partners, including @CommunityFoundationforGreaterAtlanta, @AtlantaAffordableHousingFund, @AtlantaNeighborhoodDevelopmentPartnership, and the @GDHD initiative partners: @TheReinvestmentFund, @LIIF, and @CIP - funded by @WellsFargo, for their support and collaboration in achieving our shared mission of expanding affordable housing and fostering an equitable and inclusive housing market.
