Recently, colleagues from Dominion Hospital and other HCA Virginia facilities organized a mental wellness event at Unity Reed High School in Manassas. The event's theme was Exploring Expressive Therapy, and it provided students with the opportunity to explore different forms of expressive therapy through journaling, emotional intelligence, movement and pet therapy. We are excited to announce that Dominion Hospital has named Nanette Logan its new CEO, effective Jan. 6, 2025. With more than two decades of progressive leadership experience, Logan most recently served as chief operating officer at HCA Healthcare’s Regional Medical Center of San Jose, CA, where she directed strategic hospital operations at the 258-bed hospital and Level II Trauma Center and spearheaded a variety of high-impact initiatives. Her efforts led to measurable improvements in patient outcomes, staff engagement and operational efficiency. “Nanette brings a wealth of experience to Dominion Hospital and a proven track record of driving operational excellence, enhancing patient care standards and leading sustainable growth initiatives,” said Ben Brown, HCA Healthcare’s regional vice president of behavioral health services and former CEO of Dominion Hospital.
