Employee Spotlight: Joe Agnew With 22 years in the industry and two years at Dominion Engineering, Inc., Joe Agnew plays a key role in business development, fostering strong customer relationships across Dominion Engineering’s full range of products and services.   Joe’s career began in 1997 as an NDT Field Technician, where he quickly took on leadership responsibilities as the primary client interface for many projects. These early experiences sparked a passion for business development and commercial leadership, leading him to focus on the nuclear industry in 2003. Since then, he has spent over two decades supporting nuclear facilities and collaborating with industry partners to tackle critical challenges.   What drives him most in his role? Two things stand out. He thrives on assembling teams to develop innovative solutions for complex problems and enjoys being the voice of the customer—helping clients articulate their challenges and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.   Outside of work, Joe is deeply passionate about supporting children with disabilities, a cause close to his heart as a father of three, including two children with disabilities. He actively contributes to organizations that help children overcome life challenges and reach their full potential. When he’s not working or giving back, you’ll likely find him riding motorcycles, playing golf, or coaching soccer.   We’re proud to have Joe Agnew as part of the Dominion Engineering team, bringing expertise, dedication, and a customer-focused approach to everything he does! #NuclearEngineering #Spotlight #NuclearIndustry
