Rising 464 feet and spanning 35 stories, this glass tower brings together the rich history of FiDi with the vibrant modernity of Downtown Manhattan. Led by The Moinian Group, designed by Hill West Architects and developed by AECOM Tishman, 7 Platt will offer 250 luxury rental residences with stunning interiors by Fogarty Finger. The first five stories will house over 43,000 square feet of retail space, while below-grade parking ensures convenience for its future residents and visitors. Unparalleled amenities, including a rooftop pool, a rock-climbing wall, and even a virtual reality room, elevate the living experience to extraordinary heights. Domani Consulting is honored to have played a pivotal role in streamlining the permitting process, ensuring this landmark project reached key milestones efficiently. Recently, Principal Lesley Aron Schmerzler AIA represented GGA Studios at the quarterly Crain's New York Business Power Breakfast. Congratulations to Lettire Construction Corp. for topping out at 270 East 2nd Street! This new development, also known as Freedom Village, is a 12-story mixed-use building located in Manhattan’s East Village. Developed by the non-profit Barrier Free Living, the 65,000 sqft structure is comprised of 74 housing units and administrative offices to provide temporary and permanent housing dedicated to survivors of domestic violence with disabilities. Our Senior Project Manager Alice Ramos and Assistant Project Manager Dana Molino attended the topping out event with GGA Studios’ Assistant Project Manager Dina DiGangi. We’re grateful to have such talented women in construction on our team and are immensely proud to have been a part of making this impactful development turn into a reality.
