We moved this year’s Doing Good Digital Team Retreat onto a long weekend Virgin Voyage to the Bahamas! Our entire remote company gets together just once a year and this trip was filled with trivia nights, karaoke, dance parties, team dinners, a food tour, a Bimini beach day, and SO much ice cream. Flo Rida even made an appearance and did a mini concert! Richard Branson was randomly on board at the start of our trip saying hello to guests! The team bonding was truly priceless. No one had to drive, everything was included, and it was way more economical than trying to do all of this in LA. We had tons of time to just hang out and learn more about the people we spend all day with on Zoom and Slack. I am truly so proud and grateful to be working with such an awesome high performing team - who are also amazing and hilarious people.
