Yesterday, our founder spoke on a panel at an event hosted by Village Up San Diego. It was a powerful conversation on the art of pivoting… something many of us are forced to do right now. While pivoting is an important move to make (whether it be physically in a sport, or strategically with your organizational), it can also be difficult and disorienting.
