The Good For Others Foundation, in partnership with Jewish Family Service San Diego, is hosting a?FREE Nonprofit Job Fair?to connect our nonprofit consortium members with a talented pool of professionals seeking new opportunities in the sector. The Job Fair is not open to individual job seekers, but specifically to the 100+ impacted JFS employees. Not only have they been working in the nonprofit sector, but are currently going through a nonprofit training program to learn more about the different career opportunities within the sector and a job readiness workshop. Yesterday, our founder spoke on a panel at an event hosted by Village Up San Diego. It was a powerful conversation on the art of pivoting… something many of us are forced to do right now. While pivoting is an important move to make (whether it be physically in a sport, or strategically with your organizational), it can also be difficult and disorienting.
