Our company was founded in 2003 through identifying the opportunity (and need) to connect creative problem solvers with client needs in rapidly changing market conditions. That staple in our history has remained steadfast despite drastic changes in the "Built Environment" over the last 21 years. Now continuing our mission of Inspiring People & Places in Florida, Virginia, and with continued growth in Southern California. Over the last 21 years, Michael, Jon, and BJ have all taken turns at the helm of the organization, helping us get to where we are today.
