Meet Brit Woodrow, our new staff accountant! Brit is a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant at DMS, bringing experience in tax, audit, and corporate accounting. She earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Baldwin Wallace University. Outside of work, Brit enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family and finds joy in getting lost in a good book.

Meet Rob Simon, our new Financial Controller! Bringing over 23 years of experience as CFO of an interstate carrier with multiple business units and as managing director at a local mover. He also ran his own consulting practice, advising on financial operations, business transactions, and leadership training. His expertise includes team leadership, project management, CRM implementation, financial planning, payroll, reconciliations, and business transitions. Rob thrives on understanding businesses, helping owners strategize for growth, and providing an objective perspective. He values networking and connecting with professionals to learn and collaborate. Rob earned a dual degree in Finance and Marketing from Ohio University, where he met his wife, Beth. They’ve been married 35 years and have two children living in West Virginia and Florida. Rob remains a proud Bobcat and in his free time, he enjoys sports, podcasts on business and faith, and maintaining his yard and cars.

We are excited to announce the promotion of Kevin Allen to Accounting Manager! Kevin joined DMS in March of this year. Kevin has over 7 years of accounting experience, dealing mostly with Treasury (daily cash, loan agreements prep and certification), inventory, various account reconciliations, as well as financial statement preparation. He received his bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance at the University of Toledo. Kevin's exceptional dedication to his clients has been instrumental to our success and we are excited to see the great things he will continue to accomplish in his new role!

Meet Patrick Costilow, our new Financial Controller! Pat has over 10 years of experience in accounting, having worked as an auditor and in private industry in real estate. Patrick is lifelong Cleveland resident and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Hiram College. He resides in Westlake with his wife and their four children. Patrick enjoys spending his free time gardening, cooking, playing chess, and keeping up with his busy family.
