Macy's at Randhurst Village is now OPEN! The iconic brand opened one of its new, small-format store in Mount Prospect, IL, on Saturday. Over 500 people lined up for the ribbon-cutting ceremony and to shop Macy’s magic and the top national brands that customers have come to know and love. Our team at Renovo Construction had the challenge of transforming a historic Carson’s building into a blank canvas primed for Macy’s new format. The space was completely reimagined, and Renovo’s team stripped it down to a shell to create the open and versatile space that Macy’s needs for their unique style and exciting shopping experience. Our leasing team has filled over 100,000 SF of space at Randhurst Village this year, with most of the new retailers already open and operating.
