DLA+ delivered a comprehensive master plan and phased expansion for Forms+Surfaces’ production facility and refreshed office spaces. Spanning 180,000 SF, the project consolidated operations into one location, enhancing workplace efficiency with modernized infrastructure and state-of-the-art production areas. The DLA+ team designed a Giant Eagle, Inc. Market District grocery store prototype to redefine the shopping experience in a modern retail space. Featuring red brick facades, steel canopies, and multi-pane windows, the design elevates the store’s aesthetic while creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor environments.
