Is Garden City the new brew and wine Capitol of Idaho? DK Constructors recently finished up a facelift remodel of the new Belmont Brew House. Located in Garden City off Chinden we took the space from metal, CMU and worn furniture to wood tones, bright and inviting. “Welcome to your Hoppy Place” with over 40 beers, wines, sours, seltzers, and ciders on tap along with exceptional pizzas and finger foods. The soft opening had a huge turnout and the space is ready for big events in the future! Just in time for warmer weather come check out the cool little patio space they have too! The Selkirk Sport - We Are Pickleball retail store in Meridian is coming along nicely! Down to the last month of the project and looking forward to getting this space open for our client. Construction is underway on the Selkirk Sport - We Are Pickleball’s first retail location off Eagle rd. Pickleball’s popularity is continuing to grow and Selkirk is leading the way. We are looking forward to getting this space opened in April and bringing these renderings to life! DK Constructors H2A Architects, PA

Out of all the projects we have done Soft Landing on 13th and State has generated the most questions of “What is that space going to be?” Once an auto body shop turned into a flower shop and now soft serve ice cream. Sometimes these older, smaller buildings need the most love but DK Constructors’ John Wilkinson and Sevyn Blades got it through the finish line. Today was their “Soft” opening and Wednesday will be their official Grand Opening! Go grab a cone or cup of their awesome soft serve.

Beautiful morning to be starting the First Tee - Idaho Clubhouse Remodel at Pierce Park Greens! DK Constructors is excited to be apart of this project to continue the growth that First Tee has made with purchasing the course. Right before the new year we were able to receive our final occupancy on the Interstate Trailer/Trailers Plus Corporate Headquaters remodel! This multi-phase project included upgrading lighting, reconfiguring offices, updating finishes, bathroom remodels, storefront and doors while keeping the space operational for the staff. A ton of planning and coordination went into the project on the front end and throughout the project and the space turned out great. We are working on some before and after pictures once all of the staff returns and owner furnished items are all complete and set. DK Constructors received the final occupancy sign off on Friday for Idaho Pups and Ales! Check out the video posted on Instagram by the owners. This is our largest project we have completed to date and the most unique as well. Looking forward to enjoying some beer and letting our four legged friends enjoy this awesome facility!
