Lee has been a dedicated member of the DJ Construction team since 1993! Joining us right out of high school, Lee quickly proved himself as a valuable asset, working his way through roles like laborer, carpenter, foreman, Superintendent, and now Manager of Field Operations. Over the years, Lee has played an integral role in projects for incredible clients such as Greencroft, Everence, and Hubbard Hill. Meet Matt, one of DJ’s talented superintendents! ?? As a superintendent, Matt manages every detail on-site from start to finish—overseeing safety, scheduling, quality, material orders, and coordinating with subcontractors. For Matt, the best part of the job is bringing a client’s vision to life and meeting their needs. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and has a passion for muscle cars. He’s even part of a car club that organized a classic car cruise fundraiser, raising nearly $30,000 to support a young boy’s fight against cancer. We’re grateful to have such a dedicated and compassionate person on our team. Thanks for everything you do, Matt!

We’re thrilled that Cultivate Food Rescue has a new location right here in Elkhart! ?? We had the pleasure of attending their ribbon cutting for the volunteer meal packaging facility at 5220 Middlebury St. Cultivate's commitment to eliminating hunger and food waste is inspiring, and this new facility will host 200 volunteers each week to make a real difference.
