We recently wrapped up construction on the new Salvation Army facility in Niles, and it’s already making a big impact. This space includes a community kitchen, classrooms, food pantry, and a flexible chapel that also serves as a multipurpose room— - designed to support programs like budgeting classes, Bible studies, parenting courses, community meals, and so much more. We're proud to have been a part of creating a welcoming space that expands their ability to serve families throughout Southern Berrien and Cass Counties.

Yesterday, we celebrated the grand opening of the new Salvation Army location in Niles! This new space will enhance their ability to serve more people efficiently in Southern Berrien and Cass Counties, providing vital resources to those who need them most.

The entryway at East Bank brings together clean design and functionality, providing access to Purely Pressed, Bird in Hand, and the elevator. With bold architectural details and a seamless flow, this space sets the tone for the rest of the building. Proud to have helped bring this project to life in downtown Elkhart!

Bird in the Hand has settled into their new home inside our Eastbank build in downtown Elkhart! Their new space is designed to keep up with their high volume of takeout orders while still offering plenty of room for dine-in guests to enjoy their favorites. And let’s talk about that chicken-themed bathroom - it's absolutely gorgeous! ?? We’re proud to have been part of this move and love seeing this space come to life.
