Florida Retail Property Sales will Reach $2.4 Billion in 2024 at an Average 6.88% Cap Rate In 2024, Florida’s retail property sales for projects in major metro areas over $15 million are anticipated to total $2.4 billion across 54 projects, representing a 2.5x increase over the 2023 levels. However, this is still 25% below the record sales volume of $3.2 billion from 81 transactions in 2022.
