To simplify your decision to complete the Fair360 survey by March 15, we've made the following changes: 1. Survey participants may “opt out” of being publicly ranked on our Best Companies list.?Participants will continue to receive a ranking privately, along with the opportunity to opt out of being included publicly in our annual list. All participants will still receive the free 10+ page report card and can purchase detailed benchmarking services to identify strengths and opportunities. 2. More than a dozen survey questions will be optional, meaning that they will not be weighted or used to determine your ranking.
