?? Important Environmental Update! ?? On March 20, the National Diversity Coalition (NDC) met with the Board of Environmental Safety (BES) at Fresno City Hall to evaluate the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) plan. California regulators are considering rolling back hazardous waste disposal rules, allowing municipal landfills to accept more contaminated soil from heavily polluted areas. NDC’s engagement in this critical hazardous materials hearing in Fresno was in collaboration with Time in Destiny EDC and its CEO, @PaulZaval.
