Last week, DISI held the third installment of our annual benefit reception. This year's audience at the benefit reception included 95 secondary professionals representing 45 institutions covering secondaries, GP Stakes, and Portfolio Financing. Happy Monday! As the inaugural post for the Diversity in Secondaries Initiative ("DISI"), I would like to say welcome. DISI is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting and elevating diverse professionals within the liquidity solutions market. Since our first DISI event in 2021, our focus has shifted from creating an inclusive community around content and events to also working with diverse undergraduate students to create a quantitatively trained pipeline of premier talent that will increase the funnel of opportunity. The summer months are officially coming to a close and with that this year's cycle of interns will be making their prospective career decisions.
