Since its inception Diversity Abroad has transformed into the leading organization advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in four key areas of the international education & cultural exchange field: * Organizational Development & Career Advancement * * * Education Abroad * International Student and Scholars * Global Engagement at Home. During the 2024 Innovation Competition at this year’s Global Inclusion Conference, we celebrated bold and transformative ideas that center equitable access to global education. Five innovation projects were selected to present their innovation projects to a panel of judges. Pitches competed for 1st place ($5,000) and 2nd place ($1,500). Congratulations to University of Maryland - College Park (1st place) and WorldKind (2nd place)! And a special recognition to the other three pitched innovative ideas by Virginia Commonwealth University, Invisible Disabilities? Association, and Bentley University.
