关于我们
As America enters the second decade of the new millennium, the role of educating the ever-increasing number of people of color and other underrepresented minority groups has taken on unprecedented urgency, and the stakes will become even more consequential in the coming months and years. The quality of life for all Americans has now become inextricably linked to a citizenry that possesses a college degree. Indeed, the college degree has replaced the high school diploma as the vehicle for sustained participation in the middle class and beyond. The key to the achievement of this goal is knowledge and information about higher education. And when it comes to providing the information that underpins this, Diverse: Issues In Higher Education has been at the forefront for over 39 years. Leaders from academe, industry and public policy have all come to rely on this award-winning news magazine to stay abreast of the trends and issues that go to the very core of the future of this country and its place in an ever-changing world.

I am so excited that William & Mary has been selected once again as one of the most promising places to work in #studentaffairs! It is an honor to have our campus recognized for our commitments to our students, families, and colleagues alike. I feel so much joy and pride because I get to work in a place that celebrates its people and helps them shine. Congratulations also to all the other amazing institutions recognized this year! The full report will be in the February 6, 2025, issue of Diverse: Issues In Higher Education. https://lnkd.in/dMa4u47Z
