This has been one of the most emotional and yet inspirational times we have faced as a company and a Nation. We are beyond grateful to the brave men and women who left their families at a moment's notice to serve their fellow citizens as well as the thousands of volunteers that have come from across the nation to answer the calls for help. Your dedication and resilience inspire us all. From multiple locations across Florida, to Virginia and North Carolina, our dedicated lineworkers have been working tirelessly day after day to restore power and hope to communities devastated by Hurricane Helene. With the help of helicopters, and the support of their teammates, they’ve reached areas that seemed unreachable, overcoming incredible obstacles to get the job done. Divergent was put to the test on the near impossible when one of the largest Transmission solar sites in the state of Texas was taken off the grid from severe weather. Within a tight 3-week timeline, Divergent was urgently tasked with Assessing the damage of nearly 9 miles of transmission wire on the ground and broken poles as far as the eye could see, Re-engineering the previous design to storm harden, procurement of more than 2,000 items of material Nationwide, Rebuilding the 4-circuit line, and cleaning up all the debris from the damage. Our team showed their dedication and perseverance to ensure we safely hit our committed deadline, while challenged with daily temperatures ranging from 113 to 118 degrees with heat index.
