    Meet our Founders at Divercity! We believe a company that is producing a product or service should practice what they preach. It's all too often to witness a corporation profit off the ideas of the underrepresented. We hope to be an example to underrepresented talent with big ideas to show that you can make a difference! That is why we built our diversity and inclusion tool to help businesses find talented diverse candidates that they wouldn’t otherwise find in their searches possibly due to AI bias, human error, or other various defects in the hiring process.
