I am really excited to share the stage with Distinguished Vineyards VP of Marketing and DTC Dai Deh tomorrow, speaking with Women of the Vine & Spirits! Our workshop on "The Ongoing Pursuit of Belonging in the Workforce" will engage in how to diminish bias and barriers in recruitment strategies and how to authentically create belonging for a stronger culture. We're beyond proud that our own Hannah Robinson, SHRM - CP was named a recipient of the North Bay Business Journal's inaugural Diversity in Business Awards. Hannah was one of 10 individual winners recognized for creating positive impact through their work and empowering people in their workplace and in their community. At DV, we know Hannah as a tireless ambassador for our company and someone who molds our culture by showing up as her true self -- she leads with a contagious enthusiasm and an unwavering commitment to what she believes (and she's always prone to breaking out into song!). Beyond our walls, she's a catalyst for change, a mentor to others, and a tireless advocate for inclusivity and diversity.? She's a sought-after public speaker at wine industry conferences and forums (such as WIN EXPO and the DTC Wine Symposium), where she advocates for a more equitable and inclusive wine industry. Speaking truth to power through her own experience as an immigrant and person of color, she works tirelessly to ensure that our industry reflects the rich tapestry of backgrounds and perspectives that can make it thrive. Congratulations Hannah!

In an industry where only 18% of all winemakers are women, we are proud to celebrate that three of our five wineries are led by extraordinary women who have raised the bar and set new expectations for generational change in our industry. In our workplace, where 50% of all teams are led by women , we are dedicated to fostering an environment where talent flourishes, and gender does not define capability.
