Displace is an in-home entertainment startup and makers of the first truly wireless TV that has no wires, no ports and is run by hot-swappable batteries. Unlike anything else on the market, Displace's 55" 4K TVs are super lightweight, transportable and can be easily secured to any surface with no mounting required, using proprietary active-loop vacuum technology. Multiple Displace 55" 4K TVs can be combined together to create any size TV – such as combining four TVs to create a massive 110" TV with 8K resolution. Unlike other TVs, a Displace TV can be controlled primarily with hand gestures to easily browse and play content using proprietary computer vision technology that allows content to be moved seamlessly from room to room.

Balaji Krishnan, the founder of a wireless TV startup, Displace, is on a mission to realize a world where, like mobile screens, we are surrounded by a network of portable, wireless smart TV screens that integrate seamlessly into our daily lives. Launched in 2022, Displace is a San Diego-based TV technology startup run by serial entrepreneur Krishnan. Last year, the hardware startup made headlines at CES 2023 by launching the world's first wireless TV - a 55-inch "wireless" screen that can stick to almost anything without the need for mounting support. Displace recently introduced two new TVs to its product line - Displace Flex and Displace Mini- at the CES 2024, held in January. The TV startup is expecting to start scaling its business this year. CES is the world's largest tech event featuring cutting-edge technology and innovations from all over the world. Displace Flex & Mini: The new Displace TVs are the advanced version of its original wireless TVs. Both don't have any wires or ports, are super lightweight, primarily controlled by hand gestures, and boast battery lives of 6 hours each. Its new safety features claim to make it the safest wall-mounted TV on the market. Displace Flex is a 55-inch 4K TV created to accommodate rooms where screens can't be attached to a wall. Displace Mini is a 27-inch version of the original Displace TV for kitchen countertops, refrigerators, windows, bathrooms, or anywhere else that requires a smaller screen. Pricing: Although Displace's first full-size flatscreen TV cost a whopping $4,499 plus shipping charges, the new flex and mini versions cost $649 and $249, respectively. And, as expected by the startup, both new products have already been sold out. About Balaji Krishnan: Balaji Krishnan, an entrepreneur based in America, has founded six companies in the last 15 years. He is presently the CEO of four businesses. Krishnan admits that his ventures have only gained traction in the last two years, with significant attention from both U.S. and international media.
