We are SO excited to be named a finalist for the International Caterers Association (ICA) CATIE Awards for Best Small Plate! Here is Executive Chef AJ Harris’ refined twist on a classic salmon burger, featuring: ? Diced salmon elevated with lemon zest, smoked paprika, and fresh herbs ? A unique brioche gremolata “bun” with parsley, garlic, and freeze-dried lemon zest ? Bright, everything spice crème fra?che, dill oil, mustard frill, and a crisp brioche chip Every element was meticulously designed to balance smoky, fruity, and earthy notes—an innovative play for presentation and taste. Congrats to all the nominees, we’re looking forward to seeing everyone!

On Tuesday, 130+ LIC community members gathered at?The Foundry?for our 2024 joint LIC Partnership and LIC BID Annual Meeting. The event featured welcome remarks from?NYC Department of Small Business Services Commissioner Dynishal Gross and?Council Member Julie Won, and awards were presented to our BID Expansion Steering Committee Co-Chairs Mark Gregorio, Stephen Kim, Metin Mangut, John Silviano, and Gretchen Werwaiss. Members stayed after the meeting to mingle with their neighbors and community leaders over drinks and light bites from?Dish Food & Events.
