Late to the party here, but a huge thanks to Michael Beckerman & Kyle Halls as well as the wider CREtech team for a fantastic week in NYC focused on proptech and innovation. ?? It was great to see so much cutting edge technology and I was grateful to introduce Roger Smith, Julieta Moradei, Frederik Hendriksen and Natalie Campos Goodman to the Innovation Stage to discuss how their businesses are impacting their respective spheres. Some valuable and insightful conversations were had surrounding the optimization of #HVAC in the #CRE sphere, leveraging government incentives for #energyefficiency and #sustainability, and the consolidation of tech in the CRE sphere more generally. ?????? Special mention to my karaoke partner Amy Mobley for a questionable rendition of Pink Pony Club ??..... and to Brett Friedman for clearly being my BFF for the week and being in 90% of my photos (evidenced below ??)
