Discover Yourself Wellness Center is a premier medical practice where comprehensive services to promote all aspects of general health are provided. We have a primary focus in health and behavioral psychology. Health psychology is the study of psychological and behavioral processes in health, illness, and healthcare. It is concerned with understanding how psychological, behavioral, and cultural factors contribute to physical health and illness. Psychological factors can affect health directly and we’ve learned through years of practice, it often does. We have a team of both behavioral health specialists and medical doctors to collaborate the most effective care for our clients. We also have a strong network of contacts to other medical and support specialties. We are happy to help facilitate referrals for our clients when the need arises.
