She has learned a lot and encourages others to embrace being a student of those you work with. Maya believes “there’s so much we can learn from those we work with at all levels of a company, but it starts with asking questions and truly listening. Sitting with others and taking the time to hear about their journeys has not only helped me navigate my own path more easily, but has also deepened my connections with them as individuals.
