Happy New Year from the Discipleship Stewardship Network (DSN)! 2024 was a year of incredible growth and connection. Founded by Donovan A. Coley Sr. M.A., in March, DSN has grown from 0 to 50+ active members in under nine months, with Jonathan R. Frazier and Jack Ryan joining staff to help lead the charge. 2024 DSN Highlights. March 29: Launched DSN at the YMCA Good Friday Breakfast with 24 participants. April: Website went live: www.dsnnetwork.com. May 2: Jack Ryan joined DSN in Fort Wayne on the National Day of Prayer. June 11: Donovan Coley received the Nehemiah Award from Citygate Network. July 27: Launched DSN Koinonia for leadership development. August 7: Sponsored the Global Leadership Summit, hosting 14 emerging leaders. November 2: Held the second Koinonia event on “Listening” at IVY Tech. December 7: Ended the year with 50 attendees at a DSN Koinonia Komets game. We’re excited for what’s to come in 2025 as we continue to grow, lead, and build lasting legacies. The 2024 Global Leadership Summit has wrapped up, leaving a profound impact on thousands worldwide. Reflecting on the event, I believe this year's summit stands out as one of the best I've ever attended. Here are some key takeaways I gained: - Busy leaders don't change the world, focused leaders do. - One of the most spiritual things you can do is say, NO! - Partner with people you have time and trust with. - Accountability is key - telling others the truth. - "I don't want my people to work for me, I want them to own it." - If you need to dream sometimes, you have to sleep. - Good leaders manage against their TIME, Great leaders manage against their ENERGY. We are thrilled to introduce the dedicated DSN team leaders committed to transforming lives, organizations, and communities through leadership development and legacy building. Donovan A. Coley Sr. M.A., Donovan brings extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and community impact. After serving as President/CEO of The?Rescue Mission in Fort Wayne, Indiana, for 15 years, his pursuit now with DSN is to guide leaders, families, and organizations toward impactful, purpose-driven futures. He is a true visionary who executes and seeks ways to use his expertise and connections to further improve those around him. Jonathan Frazier Jonathan is a courageous next-generation leader with a heart for mentoring. With experience in law, marketing, and brand curation, he has led and mentored young people in several organizations, including the Chi Omega cycling team for the Little 500. Jonathan focuses on working alongside non-profit leaders and invests in members of the DSN network, aiming to help individuals and organizations commit to growth and development personally, spiritually, and professionally. Jack Ryan As our community specialist, Jack curates purposeful experiences for the DSN network. He has led the business development department for two start-ups and built professional relationships with executive business leaders and younger creative entrepreneurs. His experience cross-generationally has prepared him to serve families and leaders and achieve unity between generations.
