    Today, Natalie Worden-Cowe, a Software Engineer at Microsoft who is part of Microsoft’s Neurodiversity Hiring Program, shared the stage with Dave Thompson and Tarena Shanaberger at Microsoft’s #AbilitySummit. While celebrating 10 years of Microsoft's #Neurodiversity Hiring Program and Innovating with Neurodiversity, Natalie shared this: “The strength of neurodivergent talent is undeniable. Companies that adopt neuroinclusive practices in their hiring processes and continue to bring neuroinclusivity to their workplace culture are building stronger, more adaptable workforces that are better prepared for what lies ahead.” What a perfect quote to continue #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek!
