I am a dynamic professional with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, specializing in digital marketing. With a decade of experience in the customer service industry?and five years dedicated to digital marketing, I bring a unique blend of skills to the table. This experience developed me as a servant leader in all job roles throughout those 15 years. As a seasoned Operations Manager in the BPO industry for two years, I've honed my strategic approach to business operations. Partnering with one of the largest social media platforms exposed me to a lot of knowledge. During this time I ran three projects from advertising on social media, lead generation, and marketing research.
