🎉 Congratulations Marcus Rumpff, CWCA, CISR from the New Holstein, WI office on completing his Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and the Certified WorkComp Advisor (CWCA) designation. The CISR designation empowers outstanding individuals to provide exceptional account management and customer service. The CISR designation program is a nationally recognized educational program for customer service representatives. This practical program includes 9 courses focused on minimizing Error & Omission Claims and understanding the analysis of risks and exposures. Insurance representatives who hold the CWCA designation have received additional training specific to the workers' compensation industry from the Institute for WorkComp Professionals, the country's largest workers' compensation industry organization for insurance professionals. Fewer than one thousand insurance professionals nationwide have completed the rigorous training necessary to call themselves a CWCA. In response to the devastation caused by Hurricanes Milton and Helene, our employees came together to raise funds, which were then matched by Dimond Bros. We are proud to present a donation of $5,100 to the American Red Cross to assist with hurricane relief efforts. This donation was driven by our Culture Committee and made possible through the generosity of our team.
