With an interest in more space, the new Merchants Headquarters 2 will meet the need for growth. Busy week at our L'Etoile project in Carmel. This week the first concrete for the stormwater detention tank was poured by M & C Concrete Company Inc. This is a mixed use project with 3 levels of apartments above a retail space and parking. Stay turned for more exciting updates. the detention tank we are working on now sits under the parking lot. Project Update: Graham Rahal Performance We're thrilled to share the latest progress at the Graham Rahal Performance project. Building 1 is now well into the interior finish stage, and we've just completed an exciting milestone: Ongoing Finishes: Our team is hard at work installing tile, lighting, painting, and polishing floors throughout Building 1. These essential details are bringing the space to life, adding functionality and aesthetic appeal. Rooftop HVAC Installation by Enviro-Max, Inc. : In a remarkable feat of coordination and precision, Enviro-Max successfully set sixteen rooftop HVAC units today using a helicopter. This approach allowed us to efficiently and safely install the units. This crucial step gets us closer to having the conditions spaces needed for the remainer of the interior finishes. These advancements mark significant strides toward the completion of Building 1, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence in every aspect of the project. Today, Lenex Steel Company delivered our first load of steel, kicking off erection led by Ben Hur Construction Co. It is exciting to see this building coming out of the ground!
