Maggie Gordon's journey to leadership began with dance, where she learned discipline and teamwork as a drill team captain. Her career path shifted to advertising at an agency handling PepsiCo, where she excelled and was named Pepsi Person of the Year. Meanwhile, her husband Kyle developed the concept for Dillas Quesadillas in Dallas, which they expanded to 11 locations across Texas and Louisiana. Maggie joined Dillas to oversee marketing and accounting, complementing Kyle's operational expertise. Together, they've nurtured Dillas into a community-focused enterprise known for its Tex-Mex comfort food. Recognized for her entrepreneurial spirit, Maggie was chosen for the 2024 Prosper Accelerator program for her leadership at Dillas, fostering inclusivity and positivity while making a significant impact in the restaurant industry and beyond.
