Good morning!!! On this beautiful day, we are giving out winter coats to our neighbors. As you can see, it is going to be a busy day. Thank you to our friends at the Baltimore Ravens for donated coats, gloves, and hats. Thank you to our army of volunteers who are helping us with the coat distribution and serving fresh hot meals. Thank you, Archbishop Spalding High School Students, for being with us and serving with us. We are likely going to run out of coasts by 11:30am. The need for coats for adults and especially children will continue. If you or your family, church, business, or network would like to help us collect winter clothing, please email Angela Hall at [email protected]

Field Trip! This week our Culinary Students went to J.J. McDonnell & Co Inc to see how seafood is processed. Plus we love cutting demos. We want our students to understand where our food comes from and how it gets to the hands of the Chef and then ultimately to the guest. We love the ability to take every Culinary Class to JJ McDonnell's for this hands on learning time.
