With their diverse backgrounds and shared passion for fostering strong connections, we're excited to see the amazing impact they'll have. ?? Tiffany, a seasoned specialist in senior living and dementia care, brings invaluable experience from her role as a Memory Care Director, where she skillfully guided families through challenging life transitions, recognizing the profound benefits of hospice care. An advocate for early hospice discussions, Tiffany works to enhance end-of-life understanding and support for families. Her dedication to dementia care, community connections, and education is inspiring. Since moving to Colorado in 2011, Tiffany has embraced the state's outdoor activities, marathon running, and natural beauty, while cherishing time with her two children and beloved dogs. ?? Born in Washington, DC, and raised in Silver Spring, MD, Lisa brings extensive experience in healthcare, having held roles such as Resident Care Coordinator, Assisted Living Coordinator, Memory Care Coordinator, Executive Director, Regional Director, and Activities Coordinator. Her journey into healthcare is rooted in her family's healthcare background, transitioning from fashion design to nursing school in 2000, where she was elected president of her class. Lisa’s diverse expertise and passion for exceptional care make her a perfect fit for our mission at Dignity Hospice.
