We are thrilled to announce that the Digitrol Employee of the Month for September is Trey Freeman. His unwavering positive attitude and infectious energy make our workplace a better place every day. We would like to recognize Fred McKinnish as our August 2024 Employee of the Month. Prior to joining Digitrol, Fred had been the lead maintenance tech for a local apartment complex. Our founder, Ken Pruitt hired Fred in 1997 as a lead service tech and 34 years later, we are grateful that he remains a great asset to our company. Fred’s best qualities include (but are not limited to) his attention to detail, excellent customer service, and even the cleanliness of his vehicles. Fred has provided extraordinary service to several of Digitrol’s largest customer’s since the beginning that he still serves today. Fred has always been a team player, and his favorite saying is “I love my job”. We appreciate everything that he has and continues to do at Digitrol. We try to model our service department around Fred’s example.
