We have just released our annual Major Digital Projects Report for 2025. It is designed to ensure Australians can understand what initiatives are being invested in and, importantly, how they are performing. Since our first release in 2024, central oversight of the Government’s most complex and strategically significant digital projects has increased to 110 active investments. The report has also grown to include key reforms associated with increasing transparency and accountability to support good decision making. These will be crucial in ensuring investment across all sectors to improve agency systems, meet digital standards, and enable them to provide simple, secure and seamless services to Australians.
